Terms of Use – Dropling

1. About the app

Dropling is a mobile app for continuous learning through short questions (the “app”). The app is operated by Duckino (the “operator”), contact: info@duckino.com.

2. Using the app

The app is intended for personal, non-commercial use. You create your own lessons and questions, or have them generated by AI. You are responsible for the content you enter.

3. Dropling+ subscription

Some features (unlimited lessons and questions, AI lesson generation) are part of the monthly Dropling+ subscription, purchased and billed exclusively through the Apple App Store at the price shown in the app before purchase.

The subscription renews automatically each month unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel it anytime in your Apple account settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions).
Payments, refunds and billing are handled by Apple under Apple’s terms.

4. Lesson sharing and content rules

Dropling+ subscribers can share a lesson with other people as a link. You are responsible for the content you share. There is zero tolerance for objectionable content: you must not share content that incites hatred against groups of people, harasses or insults a specific person, is pornographic, encourages harmful behaviour, or is fraudulent or promotional.

Content uploaded for sharing goes through an automatic check; a lesson that breaks these rules will be refused.
Anyone who receives a shared lesson can report it — with the button on the received lesson in the app, or by e-mail to ask@dropling.app. Reported content is reviewed and objectionable content is removed.
The operator may block sharing for a device that repeatedly or seriously breaks these rules. The rest of the app remains available.

A shared lesson is accessible to anyone who knows the link, so do not share content with sensitive or personal information.

5. AI-generated content

AI-generated lessons pass an automatic accuracy check but may still contain mistakes. Review generated content before learning from it; the operator is not liable for its factual accuracy.

6. Limitations and liability

The app is provided “as is”. The operator makes reasonable efforts to keep the app and related services reliable but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The operator may restrict or block access in case of abuse (e.g. circumventing limits or automated calls to the services).

7. Changes

The operator may reasonably update these terms; the current version is always available on this page. By continuing to use the app after a change, you accept the updated terms.
